We are also in the Technology field and have to keep in constant contact with our clients and this VOIP system does just that. Our customers never experience a busy signal, we receive our voicemail instantly wherever we may be through web access & email option, and therefore we can respond to client requests much more quickly & efficiently. We were also able to keep our main telephone number, which was very important, no matter where we relocated due to their porting abilities. Another excellent feature is our technicians or sales reps can take their extensions home and still receive calls as if they are still at the physical office. |
